Orders and Payment
All orders are to be placed by email to sales@lollabags.com.
In your mail, please include your name, contact
number, mailing address and the names of the
items you wish to order. Upon receiving your
order I will send you payment instructions -
to be made by cash or cheque.
I will put all items on hold
for you.
Once payment has been deposited, please send
me an email with payment method, amount and
account that your payment has been made to.
Once I have confirmed receipt of the payment,
I will mail your items to the mailing address
provided.
Payment must be received within
3-days of your order, otherwise your items may
be sold to other buyers.
Shipping Terms
We will post/ship all items within 24-48 hours
from the receipt of a cleared payment. Shipping
fees is extra and will be quoted to you based
on the number/size of items ordered. Shipping
fees is approximately RM 8-10.
Refunds & Return
Policy
You will have 5 days from the original delivery
date to return any items for a full refund.
Returns made after 5 days will
not be refunded. Buyer will be resposible for
shipping items back to me for refund. Original
shipping fees will not be refunded.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE MUST MEET OUR REFUND AND
EXCHANGE POLICY AS STIPULATED ABOVE.
